fynn’s x issey miyake parfums
GEE Global curated a month-long Brunch Collaboration inspired by fragrant notes from Issey Miyake’s new fragrance launch of L’Eau d’Issey Pure Nectar de Parfum. Throughout the entire of month of March 2018, Fynn’s created new brunch plates highlighting the notes of honey pear, sweet rose and smoke. From Buttermilk Hotcakes with Smoked Maple Bacon & Pear Jam and Mixed Endives Salad with Pears, Candied Nuts and Rose Dressing, we worked with Fynn’s to create an exclusive brunch menu to support the sales launch of L’Eau d’Issey Pure Nectar de Parfum.
We targeted corporate patrons through advertising, onsite posters, and EDM to global MNCs at South Beach Towers with a week-long special lunch teaser menu featuring a few of the brunch dishes. We worked with the culinary team at Fynn’s to create ‘Instagrammable’ flavorful dishes to drive sales. We increased brand awareness elevating Instagram and Facebook followers by more than 500 within a single month; individual posts receiving hundreds of comments.
