Kids’ lifestyles start at Deer Industries in Singapore. Being an entrepreneur always attracted the owner who knew that moving to Singapore would open new opportunities to fulfill that dream. But the former corporate businesswoman knew that she needed to nourish the infant idea into a contemporary style-forward lifestyle brand and to penetrate the Singapore market. GEE Global was there from the birth to help position the brand in the consumer market.
The curated collections by the entrepreneurial mother of three are imaginative, sleek and sophisticated to bring a sense of style and contemporary design into children’s rooms. Deer Industries needed a thoughtful brand strategy to cultivate market share in Singapore.
Through market trending, GEE Global identified the consumer drivers that influence parents’ purchasing decisions of newborn, toddler and children’s furnishings. The Deer Industries brand story was ready to be shared with parents and children alike. We integrated the brand touchpoints into in-store visual merchandising, across all online channels (website, social media, email marketing), and pitched the media securing placements (month-after-month) in virtually every parenting, interior design, lifestyle, dailies and online publications with an earned media value of more than $300,000.
We developed and launched the Deer Industries’ online store, integrated the in-store POS and inventory management system, and created Facebook and Instagram stores, which attributed to a 10 percent increase in sales in the first year of launch.
